Emil Eagle

This evil master-mind inventor first appeared as Gyro Gearloose's competitor in  "The Evil Inventor" (Uncle Scrooge #63, May, 1966), by Jack Bradbury, Steve Steere and Vic Lockman. At his beginning, he's got a different look from the one he has now. He had a pink skin and was totally bald, except for a few white feathers on his head.

Then he got his actual look, that's to say with brown feathers (sometimes, they can also be white) in "The Case of the Dazzling Hoo-Doo" (WDC 330)

He also was often the adversary of Super Goof, since "The Goofs of Super Goof", by Jack Manning (W SG 12, 1970), where Emil was called Evil Eagle.
He also fought a lot against Moby Duck and Donald Duck.
He has worked with many other criminals in his career.
He's got big shadows under his eyes.
While he has been used in tons of stories (more than 250!), especially in Brazil, he isn't used a lot nowadays.
